STUDIOS
Sony Music Entertainment operates several high-end music studios around the world, providing state-of-the-art facilities for recording, mixing, and mastering. These studios are key creative hubs for both established artists and emerging talent under the Sony Music umbrella, offering the latest technology and professional expertise to produce high-quality music.
One of the most notable Sony Music studios is The Orchard Studios in New York, which serves as a primary recording space for artists in various genres. Sony also has a significant presence in Los Angeles, home to major studios that cater to artists from pop to hip-hop and beyond. In Japan, Sony Music Studios in Tokyo is one of the leading recording facilities in Asia, playing a pivotal role in the region’s thriving music industry.
Many Sony Music studios worldwide are equipped with world-class gear, including cutting-edge recording equipment, immersive sound technologies, and specialized rooms for live instrument tracking, vocals, and electronic production. These facilities support the creation of albums, soundtracks, and multimedia content, ensuring that artists have access to the best resources to bring their visions to life.
The idea is for Mosimann to visit Sony Music studios in each territory, collaborating with a Sony Music artist from each affiliate to create their custom “dream track.” At the end of the session, the track will become part of Mosimann’s new project, “Featuring Mosimann,” set to be released by RCA Records France, each track being handled by the respective affiliate (release date to be determined). Ideally, the session will be livestreamed on Mosimann’s Twitch channel, creating content for the digital promotional strategy.

STUDIO SESSIONS
ON TWITCH
LIVESTREAM
In agreement with the guest artist, Mosimann would be livestreaming on Twitch during the studio sessions in order to engage the community, generate an authentic content base for future digital promotion and benefit from being highlighted as an affiliate partner as part of the Twitch Artist Program. Twitch can offer Mosimann and artist guest a platform rich with community engagement, and promotional tools, allowing them to stand out with varied and immersive content. Its interactive nature and long-term growth potential make it a major strategic asset to increase their visibility and build a loyal audience.

- Optimized for Long-Term Growth and Engagement
- Data and Insights for Better Audience Understanding
• Real-Time Interactivity: Unlike traditional social networks, Twitch allows immediate and direct interaction with the audience through live chat. Artists can answer questions, discuss their creative process, or simply connect with their fans.
• Loyalty Building: This proximity fosters a strong emotional connection, creating a loyal fan community. Fans who feel close to the artist are more likely to support them financially or promote their work.
• Recommendation Algorithms: Twitch uses algorithms to suggest channels to users based on their interests. This allows artists to reach a new audience, even without an initial fan base on the platform.
• Multiple Categories: While Twitch historically focused on gaming, music now has a place with specific categories like “Music & Performing Arts.” This visibility in a dedicated category helps artists get discovered by music enthusiasts.
• Subscriptions and Donations: Users can subscribe to Twitch channels, providing recurring income for the artist. Viewers can also offer “bits” (an integrated donation system) or donate via other channels.
• Sponsorship and Partnerships: With an engaged audience, artists can attract sponsors or brands looking to promote their products through collaborations.
• Music and Merchandise Sales: Twitch also allows artists to promote their music, offer exclusive previews, or sell merchandise directly to their audience.
• Live Performances and Studio Sessions: Artists can offer live concerts, studio sessions, songwriting moments, or Q&A sessions about their journey.
• Varied Formats: Twitch supports both short, dynamic content and longer sessions, ideal for creating an immersive and personal atmosphere.
• Exclusive and Differentiated Content: Artists can use Twitch to offer unique and exclusive content, like live creation sessions or collaborations with other musicians.
• Content Strategy: By broadcasting regularly, artists can keep their audience engaged over time, avoiding gaps in contact between albums or tours.
• Platform Evolution: By using Twitch tools like custom “emotes” for subscribers, donation levels, or live thank-you messages, artists can strengthen fan loyalty and encourage continued engagement.
• Detailed Analytics: Twitch provides creators with analytics, allowing them to understand their audience’s viewing habits, identify high-engagement moments, and adjust their content to maximize impact.
• Real-Time Feedback: The live interaction allows artists to collect instant feedback, helping them refine their offerings, adjust future releases, or shape their artistic direction.
